Adam is the Chief Executive Officer of Cotton Australia, based in Sydney. Adam is responsible for the overall management of the organisation; represents Cotton Australia to government, media and other industry organisations and is the public face of Cotton Australia.

General Manager of the BMP Program | Louise Adcock

Louise Adcock

Louise is the General Manager of the BMP Program, based in Cotton Australia’s Toowoomba Office. Louise is charged with guiding the development and implementation of the next phase of cotton’s BMP program including the key component areas of program development, adoption, audit and promotion. Louise leads and manages the BMP program across all industry’s sectors to ensure a strong coordinated approach.

Queensland Policy Manager | Dan Galligan

Dan Galligan

Dan is Cotton Australia’s Queensland Policy Manager, based in Brisbane. Dan develops progressive industry policies through a close relationship with growers; and negotiates with government and regional NRM bodies to deliver policies that deliver an environment conducive to profitable and sustainable cotton growing, particularly in the areas of water management and natural resource management.

NSW Policy Manager | Greg Kauter

Greg Kauter

Greg is Cotton Australia’s NSW Policy Manager, based in Sydney. Greg advocates on behalf of Australia’s cotton growers, using his experience to align Cotton Australia’s policies with the needs of growers and other industry bodies; identifies emerging issues; develops policy responses; builds the cotton industry’s case based on sound research and data and takes these positions to government.

BMP Program Manager | Chaseley Ross

Chaseley Ross

Chaseley is Cotton Australia’s BMP Program Manager, based in Toowoomba. Chaseley specialises in developing strategies to progress both the industry and growers, and influencing outcomes to ensure these can be achieved; working with groups outside the cotton industry who may have similar objectives; and accessing resources for growers to achieve on-ground change.

Grower Services Manager | Bec Smith

Bec Smith

Bec is a Cotton Australia Grower Services Manager, based in Toowoomba. Bec’s role includes supporting growers in their production of cotton; implementing the cotton industry’s Best Management Practices (BMP) program; attending field days and local events; and supporting the work of local Cotton Grower Associations.

Accountant | Therese Wooden

Therese Wooden

Therese is Cotton Australia’s Accountant, based in Sydney. Therese is responsible for all accounting functions of Cotton Australia and the Australian Cotton and Exhibition Centre; manages the financial aspects of government projects; and is also the primary contact for levies.

Administrative Assistant / Receptionist | Rochelle Zakher

Rochelle Zakher

Rochelle is Cotton Australia’s Administrative Assistant / Receptionist, based in Sydney. Rochelle’s tasks include providing support to the CEO; administrative duties; answering general enquiries; and database management.
