One of Cotton Australia’s main roles is to provide information, support and advice to assist growers in cotton production. Cotton Australia has two regional offices in Narrabri (NSW) and Toowoomba (QLD) where Grower Services Managers and other staff provide direct and daily support to growers.
Cotton Australia is funded by a voluntary levy of $2.25 per bale of cotton produced, with supporters of the organisation given priority service.

- One-on-one grower support and advice
- Referral service to other industry bodies, networks, support and suppliers
- Support for growers implementing Best Management Practices (BMP)
- Growers kept informed of latest industry information
- Grower Members Advisory Committee to progress relevant grower issues
- Funding provided to local Cotton Grower Associations
